  this may be a stupid question but how do I find out who had read my blog and who is following it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your email subscribers are found here http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog_subscribers&type=email

  Note that personal identification of followers/subscribers is not possible as many of use use throwaway email addresses for blogging and reserve our personal email address use for close friends and family only.
