Who is another user

    We run a private blog. We received a request to access it by another WordPress user. WordPress gives us no way to find out who this person is. Forums indicate there is no way to send the user a message. I cannot find any way to locate and view their profile. How can I determine who this person is? We allow access to our blog to only our customers and need to know who we are allowing and associate their ID with their customer account in our business. Please advise me on how we can determine or communicate with the person behind and ID wanting access.

    Hi there,

    At WordPress we take user privacy very seriously, so at present there is no way to view the email address or contact a user directly based on their username. However, if the user has filled out their gravatar profile you might be able to confirm whether or not he/she is one of your customers:
