Who is hosting my website

  Can you help tell me if WordPress is hosting my website?

  Is it a quiz? Do we have to guess the name of your site? Actually I see you posted here previously at
  https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/nnptcwardroom-com-website-timing-out/
  The answer appears to be Namecheap.

  That was my old website, but because Namecheap was hosting it and the previous owner didn’t transfer the website to me via Namecheap, the old website is gone (nptcwardroom.com). I was having a timeout error and Namecheap wouldn’t tell me what was causing the issue because I didn’t own the website officially.

  I now have a new website (nnptcwardroom.wordpress.com) that should be hosted by WordPress under my account, therefore if I have any problems WordPress can help me directly and I won’t have any access issues.

  However, when using common host checker websites, they all say Automattic, Inc is hosting the site. I don’t have an account with Automattic. If I have issues with my site again, I don’t want to be locked out again. Does WordPress use Automattic or their hosting services?

  Automattic is the name of the company of which the host WordPress.com is a part.

  Thank you. My previous site that is lost is actually nnptcwardroom.com.
