  My blog has disappeared from WordPress. I got the following message earlier today:

  “The email address you are contacting us from is registered to the WordPress.com username karenjulius520436689, but this account does not own the blog karenjulius2014.wordpress.com.”

  My transaction ID is 60387678KG8990344

  The email is either (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) I have tried the password reset option multiple times. It works. I can get to the dashboard, but not MY dashboard. I can read blogs, but my own has suddenly, yesterday, disappeared. I can’t access the online help from the Happiness Engineers. Please help.
