who is online wedget isnot working

Hi there
I recently experience problem with my “who is online” wedget. Even though I and others are logged in, there is message of ” no user online..”
I also used other similar wedgets but non of them worked.also chat plugins doesnt workI’m using “securesignup” for my hosting and everything was working before their some tweaks on moving the DB to a faster server. I believe problem is from hosting,(or not?)
they even reset all my account but nothing changed.my free account site works but paid account doesnt :D
i had installed wp+bp from softaculous, and i had backup, i restored it and nothing changed, even fresh install didnt change anything.
Their answer is : the plugin is not working, please contact the script” eveloper for further assistance we will happily assist if server intervention is required.
does anybody experienced same problem?
