who is the 'Us' I am contacting for Help?

It says ‘Contact Us’ for help, and then when I click it says my question will go to a Public Forum where it MAY or MAY NOT be answered. I’m sorry but this is not customer service. If I am paying WordPress to host my webpage, I expect some type of customer support in return, which a Public Forum board is NOT. If I am unable to get any real support I will have no option but to cancel my WP account and try and find a better site to support my webpage…

thank you! don’t know if I have an ‘upgrade’, but my account does show as ‘premium’, and it says that ‘premium’ includes chat and email support. The link you sent me did seem to open up for me. I’ll give it a try. ‘Interesting’ though that in all my digging and clicks on ‘Help’, that that page you sent me never came up. I know many sites make you purposefully go through hoops for live support so I guess this is another of them. Thanks for your help.
