How do I find out who is viewing my blog? Can I block those that I do not want to be on there?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

A public blog is a public blog and it’s contents are indexed by search engines and are made available to all. No you cannot block viewing of a public blog on a person by person basis.
If you wish to be selective about who can view your blog and/or to prevent search engines from indexing the content then there are two other blog visibility settings you can choose to use. See here please > http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
That being said do be aware that if you do make your blog private and then share the URL with others they can pass it on. If you do link to Facebook, Twitter etc. as well as other blogs and if others link to posts in your blog, then your privacy will evaporate.

I believe what Timethief, meant here was if you chose the setting to block search engines then link out via Facebook etc then the search engine will index your posts…
Because I have a journal blog that is private for only family and friends to read and the message that appears to anyone not listed as a reader is the following…

Hello there. Yes, that’s what I meant. However, the blog linked to the username is this one http://quiverof3.wordpress.com/ and it’s a public blog. I assumed that was the blog in question.
