Who provides support from a premier theme (Highend) running WooCommerce

  I have tried to get help from WooCommerce for my website austinpondsociety.org that is running a Highend theme. Woocommerce is a part of that theme. They claim that I need to purchase the WooCommerce separately to get help from them. So who does provide the help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
