Who to contact if my import never finishes processing?

  In October, I exported a collection of posts etc from one wordpress blog and attempted to import them to another. My import has now been processing for 4 months. I would love to either have someone look into this or have the import tool reset so that I can try again. Any suggestions as to what steps I should take?
