Who to talk to about shutting down a domain of scammers and hackers?

    Hello,

    So I noticed that a content creator I followed on Facebook got hacked. Now, the person that hacked her account is posting click bait articles, and then having people click the link in the comments to see the article. Its very obvious its a scam website. It imedetly asks for permissions when you first click it ( i opened on one of my secure tor browsers) and then it immediately opens a fake pop up saying you have a virus, and those type of pop ups. If you get passed thst initial pop up stuff, its again very obvious its a scam site. I run a huge scam baiting and scam reporting group on Facebook, and want to protect the elderly from getting scammed, because I know Facebook won’t do anything. I don’t know if anyone can do anything about the domain but any info is appreciated. https://newztoday.store/ is the website.
