Who What Wear Theme for WordPress

  I recently purchased Who What Wear theme for WordPress. Can I add this theme if I do not have a Premium or Business account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t see the Who What Wear theme listed on the themes page: https://theme.wordpress.com/

  Those are the only themes that can be used on sites hosted at WordPress.com.

  If you choose to host your site elsewhere, you can use the Who What Wear theme. Here’s more info: https://wordpress.org/
