Whole deal not loading!

When my partner tries to sign in to WP all she gets is a never ending loading page. Just spent 40 minutes searching the forums but couldn’t find anything close to this issue. All other sites work fine on her computer.

It worked. Seems she has an issue with the regular WP log in page. Has that been happening much? Thanks for the quick reply, Raincoaster!

Pages are still slow to load but will work eventually it seems logging in by the forum page..

Yours loaded quickly for me as a visitor.
I find when I want to sign in to work on my site, the fastest approach is to go directly to http://myblogname.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ instead of going to the wordpress.com site and then logging in. I get the login prompt if I am not already logged in, but it still seems faster to me.

Slow loading is not necessarily a problem at this end of things at all. It can be a connectivity issue with her ISP, but it’s more likely to be a malware issue on her own computer. Has she done a complete scan of her computer? That’s what I would do. After she confirms here own computer is clean and she does not have an ISP issue what’s recommended is below.
If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
If you are, please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
If you are not successful let us know which browser (and version of it) you’re using and post any error reports you get.

Her computer is clean, but now she gets this notice:

But there is no link to any of the shortcuts. She is supposed to have full administrative powers as she has had for over two years.
