Can I find a list of people who have visited my blog on a particular day?

No. This is where your blog stats are located -> Dashboard blog stats. The number of unique readers is not reported and their identities are not either. The wp.com stats track “page views”. If you want more detailed stats then you can get a free 3rd party stat counter.
