whow to organise the uploaded photos at the post?

Î always get this problem, the photos change the place into the text, in the page wen I insert or previw a new post.
I need to spend long hours tring to solve the current problem, changing, resizing, etc,, but my post never look like I had criate and imagine.

Normally, inserting images is quite easy if you select the proper alignment as shown here:
