Why 2 WordPerfect websites

  • Unknown's avatar

Why 2 WordPerfect websites? Can you tell me the 2 sites I am on here at WordPress.com. The one I use has the Classic Editor, and Block format. I know Jerdom is one of my sites used as a blog. Actually I want to discontinue the Blog and only have my Articles Site.

Hope you can help me. Yesterday I wrote you, and no reply from you.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi Dominic –

Thanks for reaching back out. I’ll be happy to take a look at this closer and see what can be done. Are you able to provide both site URLs? Please indicate which one you want to remove.

Rather than delete the site, I suggest we just edit the settings and hide it from the internet. Then, should you ever change your mind it is there and you can pick back up where you left off at. When we delete a site that is permanent and it can’t be restored. You would be the only person able to see the site.

Looking forward to hearing back and getting this solved. Cheers!

It keeps sending me to Jerdom and has nothing to do with all my Articles posted. This is the Jerdom url. https://wordpress.com/home/mysend.travel.blog

Below is where my Articles are, and is not Jerdom. I cant log in.

  • It looks like you have two WordPress.com accounts.

So far we’ve talked about mysend.travel.blog

And above you have just shared djermano.wordpress.com, which is owned on a different WordPress.com account from the one you are speaking with us now. We aren’t able to share any information about that account for security reasons.

I want to discontinue the Blog and only have my Articles Site

I assume you mean by this that you would like to cancel the account attached to username “jerdom”. Doing that will not impact your other WordPress.com account and Articles Site there. Here is our guide on how to close an account.

If this doesn’t quite answer your questions, I’d be curious to better understand why the second “Blog” site was created initially, in addition to your already established “Articles” site.

To work on https://djermano.wordpress.com/ you need to log out from this jerdom account and log in with the user name fgemg and the correct password. How many email addresses do you have? Your password recovery will be sent to whatever email address you gave when you created that site.
