  Why can’t i see a video with a code like that on my blogg & what can i do to be shown

  Direct embedding of flash is not allowed at wordpress.COM due to security concerns. There are a number of video sharing services wordpress.COM supports via their video shortcodes, and many others can be inserted using the vodpod button for wordpress.
