The reason I mentioned your host provider is that these forums are intended to support WordPress.com sites and your site is a WordPress.org self-hosted site.

Hi there @arqcarlosparedes I can confirm that since your site is not hosted on WordPress.com there may be limits to how we are able to help directly. Sites that use the Jetpack plugin do function a bit differently than the native integrations we use on our managed hosting.
With that in mind we’ll do our best to help and may need to refer you to Jetpack support in the event you need more specialized help. Firstly I’m not sure that I understood which ads you are referring to. Did you mean you were trying to submit a Blaze campaign via your Jetpack plugin as explained here? https://jetpack.com/support/blaze/
What is the URL of the post you were trying to center your campaign around? What is the message you received and where are you seeing that? Thanks for the additional info!

when the ad got rejected i tried to promote a multivitamin and it also got rejected this is the url for that one

i got a email saying it was rejected no explanation why, this is the message that i receive:
We are sorry!
Your ad was rejected. No payment will be charged for this campaign.

Looking at the Jetpack Blaze support page, it clearly states:
Your post will be rejected if it does not conform to our Advertising Policy. You will not be charged if your post is rejected.
Pulling up that Advertising Policy link, it was likely rejected for the “Pharmacies, prescription medications, or over-the-counter medications” which falls under Prohibited Content. Additionally, it states that “we reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates this policy or doesn’t meet our expectations for quality, as determined by us in our sole discretion.”
Considering the products you’re aiming to promote, Blaze doesn’t appear to be a suitable choice. I hope this clarifies things.
