why ads are still on my website

  I paid for an upgrade on 7/30/13 to remove ads from my website and they are still there. How long does it take to remove the ads?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, I didn’t see any ads on your site. It’s possible that the ads you’re seeing were not placed there by WordPress.com. Ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.

  Could you please try turning off all your Chrome extensions and add-ons, and restarting the browser? Here are instructions for doing that:

  Scroll down to the section called “Temporarily disable extensions.”

  If the ads disappear, you can try reactivating the add-ons/extensions one-by-one to find the culprit that’s been inserting the ads.
