Why am I being asked for a payment?

I paid for a year, I’ve never used this crap because it’s extremely difficult and not user friendly, therefore, I gave up!! I’d like to try one more time!

I see you had the Premium plan on your account previously (Feb 2020) but cancelled it without refund in Aug. 2020. Would you like me to reinstate the upgrade to your account?
