Why am I being asked to change my profile picture?

I currently have two blogs which I chose to use the same photographs, I have not been writing posts on both of them for a while now. I now have decided to resume posting new posts on my second blog whose address is:- december18blog.wordpress i am being instructed to change the photograph of my profile yet I want it to be like that. Secondly I seem not to be able to access this second blog can someone explain why I am being asked to change my profile picture.

Will you provide a screenshot for Staff please? I’ll tag this thread for their attention. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide screenshots you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it. Is this the error message you’re talking about:
This isn’t an error message. Its just one of several tips we display to new users, or users who haven’t blogged in a while. Its just a suggestion that updating your About page helps create a public profile that your readers can engage with.
If this isn’t the message you’re seeing, can you copy and paste the exact message here?
