Why am I being asked to log in, to comment, when I'm Already Logged in properly?

  I’m logged in properly to my blog, yet WP is not satisfied, asks me to sign in before allowing me to comment–what’s up? Other WP bloggers are expressing same frustration.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can understand how frustrating that must be!

  Two initial thoughts:
  If the comments form is asking for an e-mail address, please ensure you’re using the same e-mail address as the one listed in your WordPress.com account.

  Secondly, have you attempted to clear your browser’s cache and cookies? (Instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ )

  A corrupted cookie or cached file is a very common cause. If that is no avail, could you kindly confirm which operating system and browser you’re using?

  I think we have lift-off–thanks Kraftbj. Other friends on WP were having the same difficulty, so we thought maybe it was on WP’s end. Doesn’t matter, as long as we can git ‘r done. I’ll be celebrating 2 years with WP at the end of August–how cool is that?!
