I have no idea what website this is. I’ve never even seen this URL before. Is this a scam?? My dashboard says I have no subscriptions or payment history AT ALL. It also says I have no upcoming charges. How is this possible??

First, please never post transaction IDs to the public forum, they can be used as unique identifiers to claim account ownership: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
Second, this is the renewal for the domain registration and Personal Plan in use on https://artistjoshualutz.com/
These belong to a different WordPress.com account though, not the one you’re currently logged in to.
Since you have provided a transaction ID, we can cancel and refund this now for you if you want.
Or, you can use the Account Recovery process linked to above with the transaction ID to recover access to the account which owns these, and cancel/refund them from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

yes please cancel and refund. I never signed up for this or approved this. I have no idea how this site even exists.
