  why am i being charged a fee for my customers i have through stripe when i cancled my account on here.

  I’ll need more information to understand the problem but I’ve had a look at the account. The account is still active. It has not been cancelled (you’re using it here in the forums). We did issue refunds on 2021-02-04. Those should’ve arrived by now, they typically take about ten days.
