Why am I being charged $99??

    I have a recurring charge for this account and I have no idea why. There is nothing in my billing history or no way for me to cancel. I’m reporting you for Fraud.

    Oh I have been to that page….I have nothing in which to cancel if that makes sense. Somehow for the past 2 years I was charged $99 a year, but when I go into Manage my account there’s nothing to manage. I tried calling support and it’s a voice mail box….

    Hi there,

    The account you are contacting us from has no history of charges under it. it must be under a different WordPress.com account and if you still have access to the credit card, you should be able to go to http://wpchrg.com and find out the account that the charge was under. If you’re not trying to cancel the charge, you can at least know what the site/account the charge is connected to.
