why am i being charged twice for my website

  Hi,
  I think im about to be charged twice for my wordpress site. Can someone please tell me how to stop this from happening. I have already bought the site and the theme and now I have just been sent another form saying I wilol be charged another $99 tomorrow for the activation of my site.
  Can someone please reply to this asap
