Why am I being charged WordPress.com Credits?

  I am trying to upgrade the domain of my site ravitechie.wordpress.com to ravi8.me

  But I am being asked for an extra £20.43. I have no idea what this is, and wonder if it’s a bug in the system. If I have credit, shouldn’t it make my purchased cheaper, not more expensive?

  Hi Ravi,

  For some reason, the credits applied to your account were negative credits meaning it showed that you owed additional money. I went ahead and flipped this around for you. Please give it another try!
