Why am I being told that I don't own my identity?

  I keep trying to leave comments on Blogger; when I’m redirected here I sign in and see the link on my dashboard to allow me to get back to blogger and post the comment, but when I click that link IT TELLS ME THAT I DON’T OWN THE IDENTITY, this is when I am coming from my dashboard. I have now been dealing with this for an hour and really want to know why this is happening.
