Why am I getting a 404 error when I try and administer my domain?

I am getting a HTTP 404 error when we try and click through the provided link to securepaynet.net to change domain information.

Here are the steps of what I did.
    1) I was on this page. https://gazingin.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains and under Domain Administration section I selected “Make Changes to DNS” in the drop down menu.
    2) I created a password as it said to do.
    3) I copied the provided customer number to the clipboard
    4) I clicked on the link for “Manage Your Domains” and am taken to the login screen at securepaynet.net
    5) I logged in with the customer number given and the password I created.
    6) I am redirected to https://mya.securepaynet.net/Default404.aspx. that says “Sorry, the page you requested does not exist.”

So what gives? Any help is very much appreciated.

  • Hi Sarah,

We’re working with our domain administration service for them to resolve this ASAP. I’ll send you an update once I have something more.

Thanks for your patience and for using WordPress.com

  • Howdy again,

Thank you all for your patience. The issue leading to the 404 has been resolved and you should now be able to access the Domain Manager as expected.

If you have any issues, please let me know.

    Thanks again!
