Why am I getting a message that I don't have privileges to access my dashboard?

  When I sign in, why am I now getting a message that says: “User (my username) cannot access the dashboard requested.” It further says: “You are logged in as (my username) and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard… blah blah blah.” I am the owner of the blog and the only administrator. I did not make any changes. Why am I now getting this message that I don’t have the necessary privileges to access my dashboard?
