Hi there,
Your domain mapping upgrade renewed on 3 September 2017 (you’ll see a receipt for that renewal in your billing history), but on the same day we received a chargeback for that, meaning either you, or your bank, disputed the charge.
If you file a dispute against us you are essentially accusing us of fraud. This causes all upgrades to be removed from your account and for your site to be locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can see our full policy on chargebacks here:
It looks like the dispute has already been closed by our payment processor so you won’t be able to withdraw it any more. I’m checking with our billing team if the dispute was closed in your favour or ours, which will determine whether you need to pay for the mapping upgrade again, but you will need to pay the chargeback fee that’s already been added to your checkout page to unlock your site before you can continue using it.

Okay, it looks like the dispute was closed in our favour, so your bank did not refund you. Can you please confirm whether you want to restore the domain mapping or whether we should refund you?

I’ve issues a refund for the domain mapping upgrade. Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, though that can vary depending on your bank.
