Why am I getting emails about expiration when I have auto-renew?

    I have WordPress Premium. I have it set to auto-renew, but I keep getting emails that it is expiring, and my dashboard has a notification about this also. When I go to My Upgrades, it says that my domain name is linked to Premium, but shows up as red and says that it will stop functioning on a specific date.

    Do I need to do something to renew Premium if it says it’s on auto-renew? And will my domain name then automatically also renew or do I need to do something separate for it?

    Hi Kari, I’m sorry for the confusing e-mails, that must have been a mistake on our end. It looks like your domain (and premium upgrade) renewed automatically, so there’s nothing to worry about.
