Why am I getting Error: Author Cannot Publish Post for only 1 post?

I am one of the administrators, and when updating a specific post, an error message pops up: “Oops! An error occurred while saving the post. Assigned author cannot publish post.” I have successfully updated/uploaded documents on other posts without any issues; however, this particular post continues (I’ve tried 7 times on different days, restarted the computer, etc.) to give me this error message. What can I do to resolve this issue?

We can’t even begin to help without knowing
(1) what the URL or title of this post is
and
(2) who the Author of the post is.(3) As Authors can edit their own posts have you had the Author try doing that?

I would love to provide this information, but not publicly share the specifics. Since the Live Chat feature isn’t available for a week, is there another way to get help?
I can answer 3) The original author of this post is no longer a part or this blog; the other administrator has been successful in updating and uploading to the post, so it appears to only be a problem for me.
