why am I getting repetitive comments in another language?

I’m getting repetitive comments in another language in my e-mail from the blog, but when I check the blog, there are no comments on the blog. I went to the site that is sending them and it is a real blog by someone else in that language, but I don’t know what’s going on. I’m suspecting it’s a virus, or hacking, but what’s it doing and how do I get rid of it if I can’t even see it on my blog?

Hello, thanks for the response. I went into the “feedback” on my dashboard, and saw that those “comments” are in there as Spam. I moved some of them to the Trash. But there is a LOT of spam and it’s all coming from one post on my blog, which has a contact form on it. I tried to delete the contact form before and just now but I can’t. I guess some of the spam comments (which are caught and don’t go on the blog) are getting through and that’s why I’m getting them in my e-mail? Most of them are not from wordpress.com blogs. The comments are in the trash and feedback on the dashboard. I know what a pingback is but not a trackback. Thanks for the link.

Please note that there’s a difference between people contacting you via a contact form and posting a comment on your site.
I don’t see where you have a contact form on your site right now – did you already delete it?
Comments that begin and end with […] are pingbacks, when someone links to your post. Comments that show “Reblogged this…” are notifying you that a post has been reblogged on a different site.
Otherwise, I do not see anything unusual on your site. If you’re still having issues with this, can you provide me the text of the comment or a link to where it appears?

They are contacting me via a contact form. Here’s the page/post where it appears:

If the emails show up in your email box, mark them as spam. Eventually you won’t see them anymore.

If you want to keep the contact form, then you will need to mark spam emails as such, like raincoaster suggested.
If you wish to remove the contact form, you can do so by editing the post in question. In the Visual editor, look for the following code, and delete it:
