Why am I getting technical specs in my draft blog when i preview?

    I just posted a draft for a new blog. But in addition to the draft language it posted a long list of technical stats like for example the following.

    Why is this happening and how do i delete this out of my draft?

    You edit the post and go into the Text (HTML) editor and remove that formatting junk code. For editing see:

    You are copying and pasting from Microsoft WORD but failing to do that in the correct manner. Microsoft Word is a word processing program that’s not compliant with web standards.     Go here and enable this > Settings > Writing
    Formatting
