Why am I getting this when I've paid you TWICE ??

    … and, in addition … none of my four emails to you about this have had a response.

    Wordpress, this isn’t good enough.

    The last support email we received from the email address on your account was 4 years ago, so it seems like your replies aren’t making it through.

    We did indeed receive two payments from you recently, but they were for two different things:

    1. $18 for the renewal of tomsbytwo.com on June 23.

    2. $18 for the renewal of petebowes.com on June 25.

    The email sent is in reference to the No Ads upgrade on https://petebowes.com/ which expired June 22 because the attached auto-renew credit card had expired in 2018.

    Believe me, I’ve been clicking and all I get is a blank page. Four days now.

    Oh! In that case, please try renewing from the Manage Purchases page instead:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    There should be a Renew Now link next to the expiration notice on that page.

    Come back to us if you have any more trouble.

    ‘No Ads has been renewed and will now auto renew in the future’ …
