Why am I getting upgrade notices?

I keep getting “upgrade” notifications but I recently paid $75 for an annual fee and that payment has cleared my bank account. Please I have looked and looked for a phone number to call but this is all I can find.

It is being sent to me about once a week, by e-mail, with the notice that my account is about to expire. I forwarded the message that I continue to receive along with my query. I DO NOT WANT MY BLOG ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT!!!! TO REITERATE: debit of 75.00 to WORDPRESS cleared my bank on/04/14.
