Why am I having a problem viewing my own page and other blogs?

Hi guys! I’m still having trouble with your website.
I already reset my password now so that I can login here (wordpress.com) I’m also using now the “two step authentication” for protection.
I’m using Google Chrome as a browser. I did try viewing your website using Mozilla Firefox and Safari and nothing’s change. Same problem. I can’t view and access your website.
I already post my concern here before and two of your staff did reply to my question but unfortunately I CAN’T REPLY until now, because there are times that I can’t view your website. I disabled also the “Block third-party cookies and site data” on my browser just at least to view my own page but still.. same problem. I also tried to delete the cache and cookies of my browser and restart my computer but still.. nothing has changed. I’m having trouble also using your app. I don’t know what is the problem with my account, so please help.
Please kindly email me here ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) because I don’t know if I can reply to you via forum. Please, please, please help. I really want an answer.

It’s me again, I just I want to thank you guys for your reply, I’m sorry if I can’t reply before I don’t really understand why I can’t access your site but I can browse other website. Anyway I can access your website and finally I can reply here now. Thanks again.
