Why am I having issues renewing my domain?

  I wasn’t able to renew my domain mapping or my registration after I input my payment information. I received an error message and instructions to call support and provide them with the reference number: 12037879.

  Your domain thesavvybeeblog.com expired 9 days ago on 2011-10-09. Expired domains can be tricky. In most cases, you can still renew them for up to 2 weeks after they expire but it is not guaranteed.

  I was able to renew thesavvybeeblog.com for you in this case even though it was already expired, and I refunded the extra payments you made trying to renew the domain a few times when it didn’t work before. It should be all set now, can you take a look and make sure it’s working for you?
