Why Am I having traffic issues?

    If anyone can provide me with help, when I first posted my blog on the venus factor diet, I was getting a decent amount of organic traffic for the first week. I then went to fiverr.com and purchased traffic from someone who said they would send me 5000 unique visitors, and it turned out to be a bunch of grabage traffic. Although I think that buying this traffic may have been the factor in not generating any further traffic, I am not 100% sure. My SEO is optimized, and I cant seem to find what may be wrong. Can anyone please help me with this issue? Thank you! -John

    If you have contracted with a spam service, search engines will consider your blog compromised and throw you down a well. IT will be a long slow haul to get out of that hole. Weeks or months.

    So do you think that deleting this blog and then reposting it would be beneficial to me? Like starting over with the same exact content?
