Why am i listed in google search but not in blogs

  I found the answer to my question here in the forum…that it can take up to 6weeks to be listed with google..i have been here a week and have added 28 postings, what i don’t understand is why i am listed in an ordinary google search, and can be found under my real name AND blog title, but i can’t be found under google blogs. I would have thought if i can be found in a google search then i would also be in google blogs. Is this an error or does it just take longer to be added to blogs. I know people who’s blogs have been listed in google blogs within 2 days. Is it taking longer because it is a sketch blog? Also when i am eventually listed in blogs does that mean the 28 postings will NOT be listed only future ones? I hope i havent asked too many questions in one go. Sorry if i have.

  You can give Google a ping at this site:

  http://blogsearch.google.com/ping

  Note that they DON’T want http in the URL you send them. I understand that you don’t really need to ping them at all, but if you do, it only needs to be done once. After that, they’ll get around to you in their own sweet time. Don’t lose patience with Google. In due course, they’ll treat you right.

  Thank you for that..i just pinged them…i was just confused as to why i am in google search but not blogs…i shall try to have more patience!!
