Why am I missing a year's worth of posts when I import from Livejournal?

I am trying to collate all my old blogs into one place (a private blog) here on WordPress, which has included a couple of imports from old Livejournal blogs. The first Livejournal (dated 2003-2005) imported without any issues, but the second Livejournal (dated 2005-2011) has been importing incomplete, with an entire year’s worth of posts missing from 2006.
I’ve tried deleting all the posts from the import of the second blog, and importing them again — in fact I have tried this *several* times now — and every time the year 2006 is missing. On top of that, the *comments* from that year have imported, even though the posts haven’t, and have attached themselves to other completely random posts, which makes no sense.
I’m not sure if there’s anything anyone here can do, or if I should be asking at Livejournal, but I would appreciate if someone would answer my questions because the last few times I posted on this forum asking for some help I didn’t get a single response. Thanks.

Thanks — but no, there are a few posts missing from each month and none of the comments or tags imported with the posts. Weird.

I do see that you had some luck importing posts into this blog:
mondoagogo.wordpress.com
And many, if not all, posts from 2006 are in there but are set to private. Was this import unsuccessful as well?
I would ask LiveJournal’s support team on what could be preventing these posts from importing correctly. Here’s a page where you can open up a support ticket:

I did import those posts to my current blog, but it was sometime last year and I’d forgotten about it! In any case, none of the comments imported and some posts are still missing (although maybe I deleted them, I can’t remember).
I did actually post something on LJ just after I started this thread but to date it’s had no response.
