Why am I no longer receiving email notifications when we get a new subscriber?

  I used to receive email notifications every time someone new subscribed (or followed) my blog. That is no longer happening. How do I get these notifications once again.

  I’m having the same problem – no email notifications for subscriptions.

  Also, the support contact form doesn’t work.

  Mine seems to have corrected itself, or WordPress corrected whatever the issue was for my account without saying anything. I haven’t gone back and tried the support contact form, but I am receiving email notifications now.
