  when I try to activate free theme for my website, it says error and get in touch with support team

  Hello,

  Which theme did you try to activate when you faced this error?

  Did you face the same error while trying to activate other themes as well? It would be great if you could post a screenshot of the error so that we could look into the issue.

  Also, just to check, could you try changing the theme using other browsers too?
