why am i not able to preview new post & stay logged in?

Hi, I’ve done a quick search but the only replies I could find were related to Linux users, and I’m using vista home premium and Firefox 4 – I’m not even sure why that matters though!
The first problem I have is that the preview button on the dashboard when I’m writing a new post doesn’t work – I get an error page with the duck and ”Hmmm, seems like what you were looking for isn’t here. You might want to give it another try.” Cute ‘n all as the duck is, I’d rather be seeing a preview of my post. Anyone got any ideas?
Also, I now don’t seem to be able to stay signed in, if that makes sense. If I was logged in and say, click on ‘my blog’ instead of the usual menu bar at the top of the page to show me I’m still logged in, I keep getting kicked out. This is really annoying when I’m reading other WordPress blogs and wanna comment on them. Anyone know why these are happening?

There’s a bit of an odd bug in FF when using domain mapping.
Please make sure that you have third-part cookies enabled in the browser. You can do that following this guide: http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416

hi macmanx, thanks so so so much for your reply – i seriously thought i was losing the plot there – all i had to do was enable cookies and both issues are fixed.
