Why am I not able to upgrade to Premium?

  When I click the “Upgrade to Premium” button, nothing happens. On my dashboard, there is not menu item titled store.

  From your dashboard, the Store menu should be acessible from the second icon in the sidebar, a cart icon. There’s also the “Go Premium” button in the top bar, but I guess you already tried that.

  You can also try to go Premium from https://store.wordpress.com/bundles/. If you’re logged in, after clicking the “Upgrade Now” button, it will take you to the Store, in your dashboard.

  http://www.4rmg.com/ – is not hosted at WordPress.COM – so there is no Store in the Dashboard – you probably have a WordPress.ORG install – so you need to make friends at WordPress.ORG for help –

  PS – if you wanted to upgrade to get the CSS editing features that feature is built into all WordPress.ORG install sites

  There is not store menu in my dashboard nor is there a Go Premium button in the top bar.

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

  auxclass, I am using wordpress.com hosted by LunarPages. I want to use my domain name of http://www.4rmg.com which is why I need to upgrade. Until I have migrated my web content over to WordPress, my live web site http://www.4rmg.com is still being hosted by HubSpot. Until I am ready to go live with my WordPress web site, my WP admin URL is http://inside.lunarbreeze.com/~nrmg00/wp-admin/.

  That is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we do not provide support for WordPress.org installs here. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  P.S. No upgrades offered by WordPress.COM to those who have free hosted WordPress.COM blogs are available to anyone other than those who do have free hosted WordPress.COM blogs.
