Why am i not able to upload a theme?

    Someone please explain to me, why its possible for other people to use custom themes but I am not. do i have to buy 100$ of wordpress just to use a custom theme? i thought wordpress was better than blogspot. all i want to do is just upload my theme like UGHHHHH

    You are unable to upload a theme because you have bought a theme for WordPress.ORG blogs and you are trying to put it on a WordPress.com blog. You can’t do that. For security reasons WP.com blogs are not allowed to use plugins or themes from outside WP.com itself. And buying the pro bundle does not change that. No upgrade will change that.

    Get your money back. It’s a common issue.
