Why am I not able to Upload Plugin

  I am not able to upload plugin.
  Whenever i try to do so then, the page would tell me that you will lose one feature…
  Follow Button.

  And these errors must be resolved before proceeding.

  Inhave to update to buisness plan to upload the plugin…I got that..
