Why am I not able to use domain mapping?

  This is the second time I’m asking for help on this. I’ve waited for a responce, but I need to map a domain right now. I’m trying to buy domain mapping for a domain I already own. I’ve changed the nameservers(ns1.wordpress.com & ns2.wordpress.com) and came here to WordPress in order to add my domain. When I went to Store>Domains and typed in my domain’s name, I was told that it could be added and brought to a screen to enter billing information. I entered my information, double checked that I wasn’t missing anything, and was ready to purchase domain mapping. When I looked for a button or link to do this, I found nothing. I’ve tried this three times and still do not have my domain mapped. I’ve waited through the weekend without access to support and now I want an answer. Why am I not able to use domain mapping?
