  Hey there – I’m sorry to be a bother but I’m going to need a few details to help get to the bottom of this.

  What’s the link in question? Where is the email from? Which email client are you using? What’s the error you see?

  There are many links inside and I can’t open them.

  I am an hotmail client and the error I receive is: “you are not allowed to edit this item”

  You either need to be an administrator, editor, or author of the post to edit it.
